I wanted to let your company know how pleased I was with the landscaping at our apartment complex and with your company’s overall work at the project when I did my monthly walk through last week.  We built this project 16 years ago and have struggled through several  landscape companies and since you took over this in August  your company has everything looking better than it has for years.

Since I don’t live in the Boise area full time and only visit the project once a month I was so pleased to see the standing water issues resolved which has been a huge problem, but the biggest visual change I noticed was that the planters are weeded and the shrubs are always trimmed, the complex has taken on a very neat appearance, the same look that a person would expect to see at a single family home.  I was very impressed and felt like I had made a good decision in hiring your company.

When we worked on the bid for you to take over the project, the amount was higher than we had ever paid, but you assured me that the problems that we have had with other companies would not exist and the service that we would be receiving would be superior to what we had been receiving and we would not be receiving lots of misc bills for service calls. 

I knew that I had to make a change from the constant supervision, numerous meetings that changed nothing and if I had to pay more money for this service it would be well spent, when I presented your proposal to the board one member said it all “Life is to short to fight with landscapers”

Hiring your company for this work has been a very good decision for our project, our tenants and especially for me since I am the one that has been working with the companies.  I really appreciate your company’s policies and work ethics but I just have 2 simple requests that we need to work on – figure our snow removal and liquid fertilizer then we would have everything!
